Judge Rules Part of 'Patriot Act' Unconstitutional
Los Angeles U.S. District Judge Audrey Collins has ruled that part (at least) of the infamous Patriot Act is unconstitutional.
Can't you just hear John Ashcroft now ... "California judge!" ... "woman judge!"
